Shipping Time

Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard international delivery to the Americas, Australia, and European countries usually takes about 2-3 weeks after dispatch. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar services may take about 3-7 business days when available, with extra cost if selected.

Refunds & Product Guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. Verified transit damage or product quality issues can be handled by refund, replacement, or exchange.
